Wow, the lath and plaster is certainly beautiful (see attached lath and plaster shots, the video is in the next post). I have decided to get my photographer Donna Griffith to come and do some photography before all of the the lath comes down. I think once the room is finished and all white, I will choose three of the lath and plaster prints to have enlarged and framed. They will really stand out against the new white walls.
The texture is fabulous, and the wood is very warm. It looks and feels what it might be like if you were a bird, living in a birds nest. Click on the pics to see them full size.

The lath is beautiful. I’m seeing more and more people leaving a small part of it exposed which is really nice.
